At GOSA, we bake and deliver fresh brownies, cookies, and cakes across Guwahati with care and commitment. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver only within Guwahati city limits.

• Orders outside Guwahati are not accepted at this time.

2. Delivery Timings

• Deliveries are made between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

• Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 noon, subject to product availability.

• Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be delivered the next day.

3. Delivery Charges

• A nominal delivery fee may apply depending on the delivery location within Guwahati.

• Free delivery may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value.

4. Delivery Process

• Customers must provide the correct delivery address and active phone number.

• If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund will be issued.

• Special delivery requests (specific time, gift delivery, etc.) can be accommodated if informed in advance.

5. Pickup Option

• Customers may choose self-pickup from our bakery by selecting the option during checkout.

• Pickup timings will be confirmed after order placement.

6. Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• We will keep customers informed of any delays whenever possible.
