Cancellation and Refund

At GOSA, we take pride in baking fresh brownies, cookies, and cakes with love and care. Since our products are perishable, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our items, we do not accept product returns once they are delivered.
Please check your order at the time of delivery to ensure accuracy and quality.
2. Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
If the order delivered is incorrect (wrong item received).
If the order is damaged during delivery.
If the order is not delivered due to our error.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting us directly.
After baking has started, cancellations are not possible.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on bakery products. However, if you face any issue with your order, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to resolve it.
